When I did get my INVOICE for the bike I ordered, the exact amount was reflected in my bank account. I called to find out when they would be sending me a tracking number so I would be home when my bike arrived. Never got the trackingshipment confirmation email I was promised and bike just appeared sitting in my driveway one day in a box that was trashed Instead of sending me an email with trackingshipment confirmation, they charged my bank account an additional 20 that Al said was undercharged originally. ![]() Weve been working 15 hour days just trying to keep up with demand, communications and production. We are proud of our staff for working so hard, as essential workers in order to get customers bicycles, when we easily could have just shut down and wait it out. We DID provide the confirmation to this customer and the confirmation showed that we undercharged the order by 20, which we then charged at time of shipment. So, if this customer had read his confirmation, he would not have been SURPRISED by this charge. Under these circumstances, this complaint seems unjustified, petty and spiteful. If he wants his 20 back, we will gladly refund it to him in the hope that he never purchases anything from us again, including spare parts that might be needed down the road. If we sound less than apologetic, consider what we are going through keeping a USA factory open throughout the pandemic, while having customer service workers working from home, day and night, We are proud of our accomplishments during these difficult times.
